Refund policy

We accept returns on certain items under the following conditions:

• Items that are damaged during shipping (please provide proof of damage).
• Items that were defective due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition before initiating a return.
